I don't think there'd be dead people necessarily, because innoculation procedures were already around before Pasteur's time. The thing is that none of them were as advanced as Pasteur's methods.

While there would still be vaccinations, they would be a lot less effective than the ones we have today.

Still not sure what you mean by Injections, are you referring to antibiotic injections?

I meant innoculations, like little doses of chickenpox that they give to kids to make them immune to it, for example.

Hard to tell, a lot of deaths could have been prevented but we'd never know, because they were prevented.
