The 17th Global Youth Congress was a major 2014 youth event in which selected youths of various ages from around the world assembled in Moscow in the Soviet Union to discuss and debate matters concerning the youth of the world. Most of the participating countries had two representatives - one male, one female - with the sole exception of the Roman Empire, due to its size. Instead, there were two representatives per region.
