Dr. Antonius Felius, PhD was a Roman who served as the Secretary of State to Emperor Constantine XXII before becoming Emergency Regent during Constantine's illness an final years.

During that time, he re-liberalised the Empire, for which he was appointed by the re-established Roman Imperial Senate the Consul of the Lower Senate, which he remained until his death in 2008.
