Finland is a parlimentry republic which exists both in the real world and Romanum universes.
Finland was part of Sweden until 1908, when it became the Russian Grand Duchy of Finland, it gained independance from Russia in 1917. Finland fought various wars with the USSR in the 1940s, and it completely took over Murmansk Oblast in 1952.
