The Prime Minister of the Roman Empire is an elected government officer that serves as the co-head of government, alongside the Roman Emperor. He leads the majority party in the Roman Imperial Senate and sits in the Lower Senate.

As of 2011, the Prime Minister is Mark Altius, the leader of the United Rome Party. He was elected to power after the 2010 National Elections and is now the 35th Prime Minister.
